8tracks - Best Playlist Radio App Reviews

I have all of my favourite playlists and its so saddening to not be able to hear them, especially when you find a new one that matches with the tags you put together and cant wait to try listening to it... and I know it works on computer. Its just not working on cellphone and tablet. If they fix this non playing problem I will change this review to the 5 stars they deserve because I love this website and app a lot!

After I updated the app it no longer plays music, and Ive retried a hundred times. Even restarting my phone didnt help.

Update ruined the app

What happened 8Tracks? Why has your App significantly dropped in terms of ease-of-use, and auto play. You search a playlist, only to find the app doesnt start playing. Used to b my favourite music app. Youre losing alot of loyal consumers/customers/users. Fix or youll notice your app will become worthless and to the bottom of the list of other bad music apps. Get your **** together guys.

I love this app and its the only one I use when listening to music but since the update I havent been able to go on the app!

Ive had it for a year or more and it is definitely my most used app! Both the app and website are amazing! I love how you can just type in an emotion, situation, or even book title, and you get tons of playlists made with the appropriate music to invoke that feeling! :D

Cant get anything to play... The app used to work but now it doesnt.

I used to love this app, but it suddenly stopped working. Nothing plays anyone. Two software updates and no resolution. Disappointed.

The playlists no longer play anymore and its moderately infuriating. Worked fine up until the last update.

Love the phrases during the ads!! Haha thats the only reason I wrote this haha. But still great app.

I really like this app and I found some really good music but I do have a bit of complaints Why can we only listen to a track/playlist once every 8 hours. I mean come on its music if I make a playlist or I find one I really like I want to keep listening to it not wait 8 hours Second why cant we make tracks on Mobile devices. It said go to the website and I did but I still couldnt make one. For these reasons Im giving his 2 stars.

It says its not available in my country?? I live in the US. It worked last week, and yesterday I was listening on my laptop???? Gross fix it:(::(:(

The music wont play? Is is it just my phone? It was fine until the update.

this stupid son of a gun app wont let me login in and everytime i try to reset my password it keeps saying error!! waste of data app!!

I really love the music I found on here though I wish I could listen to certain playlists again and not have to wait after 8 hours.

The app is great, but recently the playlists stopped working and ive tried everything to fix it. The updates havent been helpful either btw

This is one of my favorite music app and It has introduced me to so many new artist and genres of music, but It has not been playing any playlists on my iPhone that arent sponsored by 8tracks which is the biggest pain, so ive been forced to listen on my ipad

This used to be my go to app to listen to music, but after a recent update, its stopped working. I dont know if this has anything to do with the version of iPhone I have, or if it is a problem for other users at well. Im sad to be giving this app such a low rating, but its really disappointing that the app no longer works. Dont get me wrong, I still love 8tracks! But until they fix the problems with the app (which I hope will happen soon!), it looks like Ill have to stick to listening to it on my computer...

I REALLY WANNA LISTEN TO SOME PLAYLIST BUT NONE OF THEM ARE PLAYING. DO SOMETHING PLEASE

This is hands-down my favorite app to use for music. I love how there isnt a lot of ads, with apps like Spotify the ads are like 2 minutes long. 8-tracks is my go-to because it has a whole community behind it, and the best (or one of the best parts) is that it has recommended playlists, LAST THING, I love how you can just search up a mood or an artist and you have a whole bunch of playlists waiting for you! Okay Im done ranting ❤️
