Why?!? Why everything?!?

I really like this app and I found some really good music but I do have a bit of complaints
Why can we only listen to a track/playlist once every 8 hours. I mean come on its music if I make a playlist or I find one I really like I want to keep listening to it not wait 8 hours
Second why cant we make tracks on Mobile devices. It said go to the website and I did but I still couldnt make one. For these reasons Im giving his 2 stars.
